DXC Health and Safety Policy

1. Purpose

DXC Resiliency – Health and Safety Policy establishes the Health and Safety Program for its global sites and virtual-first work

arrangements. The Health and Safety Program facilitates the integration of health and safety goals and objectives into

DXC’s business planning, decision making, performance tracking, and governance processes.

2. Goal

DXC complies with applicable laws and government regulations concerning the health and safety of its employees and

other people visiting or working at its global sites.

DXC leadership, is committed to operating in a manner that protects the health and safety of its employees, contractors,

and customers.

Health and safety is the responsibility of all DXC employees, and we should all strive to follow the highest standards to

protect ourselves, our people, and others for whom we are responsible.

3. Requirements

3.1. DXC shall establish a global Health and Safety Council to provide a decision-making and compliance body for

health and safety activities throughout DXC. Members may include selected local and regional health and safety

representatives for its global sites. One or more members may be selected to represent this council on the global Resiliency

Governance Council.

3.2. DXC will protect the health and safety of DXC’s people and promote a strong health and safety culture for

DXC’s global sites by:

3.2.1. Maintaining a safe work environment;

3.2.2. Implementing robust risk management processes to eliminate, where possible, or mitigate identified

hazards and reduce health and safety risks;

3.2.3. Reducing occupational injury and illness risks and promoting employee health and well-being;

3.2.4. Developing appropriate emergency preparedness and response plans; and

3.2.5. Promoting the importance of health and safety measures.

3.3. Review the Health and Safety Program annually, or more frequently when there are significant changes in the

threat or operating environment.

4. Consultation and Participation

DXC has several mechanisms in place to enable dissemination of information to employees and, where appropriate,

consultation and participation of employees and, where they exist, employees’ representatives (including works councils

and local health and safety committees).

5. Management and Commitment

DXC senior management will promote a culture in the organization that supports the Health and Safety (H&S) Management

System. DXC senior management will provide the necessary resources to support appropriate health and safety initiatives

and programs to align the implementation of this Policy with our business objectives and compliance obligations.

6. Continual Improvement

DXC is committed to continually improving the H&S Management System by evaluating its performance and monitoring

results as well as conducting periodic management system reviews.

7. Applicability/Scope

The DXC Resiliency – Health and Safety Policy applies to all employees of DXC Technology and all subsidiaries and affiliates

globally. The policy also applies to DXC contractors wherever they conduct work for and on behalf of DXC.
